It is next to a little beach and it has a terrace with nice sight. It looks like new and it was all clean.
There was only one staff who spoke in English and he was everytime trying to catch money from us.

The hotel has a fantastic location right by the waterfront.
I was disappointed with the size of both bathrooms. They were cramped and poorly lit. Adding to the frustration was the strong cigarette smell that wafted through the ventilation system.

The staff were awesome. They accommodated all of our requests, were always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything.
It would be nice if they served homemade jams at breakfast. The other hotels offered this and that was always a nice part of breakfast.

Great location for proximity to the ferry port, Bazzar shopping and seaside pedestrian mall, all are minutes or seconds walk. Bus station is about 10 minutes with a Dolmus cab to Ephesus every 20 minutes. The hotel included breakfast on their sixth floor terrace with fabulous views of both sea and mountains. Great shower! Free Wi-Fi. Staff seemed a little unconfident with their English so they kept their answers short, and didn't give enough info to be very helpful, but they got where we needed to be. I'm used to a soft American bed, but theirs were just like all in Europe. It was a queen bed not two singles pushed together, so my gf like that.
Room 108 (ours) backed up against to a disco next door, but sleep came easy when we left the television on, but we were extremely tired after a day at Ephesus. Rooms 101 and 208 may have similar sound problems due to their proximity to 108, but I can't imagine any other rooms would be affected.

The breakfast was impeccable and we truly enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. The room was modern and budget, included an air conditioning, a personal safe and a TV set. The staff were really kind and obliging, gave us great tips...

The location of the hotel is very good, just in the centre of the town and close to the sea.
A breakfest was pure and the same everyday. For staing in the hotel during several days it's not good. The room was cleaned good but aslways too late (after 15:00). That's way we needed to miss the cleaning if we wanted to be in our room in this time.

The essentials, minus the fluff
Perfectly positioned by the vibrant seafront, our beautiful room offered fine views and fantastic soundproofing. The breakfast variety impressed, though the coffee could use finesse. Friendly staff ensured a pleasant stay. With all that's near, this gem offers comfort and excitement!

The shower was small and always fluctuated from sizzling hot to freezing cold, how charming. The staff seemed so distracted, almost as if room service had better things to do. I expected a complimentary tea service considering my 'important' needs, but alas, regular guest treatment instead. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Excellent location. Along the sea side and near the Cruise Ship Wharf. the view is perfect. Only 15 minutes walk to the pigeon island. Near downtown bazaar and fish market.
The room is not so big.

on arriving at the hotel we were shown to a room with single beds when i had requested double ,they did change it ,but it was on the fifth floor .as i do not use a lift i asked for a lower floor but the request was ignored the rooms although were newley built were not thought out very well ..the wardrobe was particulary difficult to get to as it was tucked away in a corner alongside the bed with little or no space atall .the television was situated on the wall near the window and when switched off shone a bright pearsing light into your eyes while in bed and was most uncomfortable .the staff were very nice apart from the woman staff but most turkish woman have a great deal of difficulty in being polite .ive learned that over the years .

Excelent location, room with beautiful view, staff very friendly and helpful. Every night they helped us to find free parking for our car. Restaurant is very good.
Room was small. First night we stayed at a room with 2 single beds and it was hard to accomodate our 2 luggages. The next 2 nights we were transferred to a room with a large double bed and suitcase fit well.
